HyperFruit is a hyperlocal news and listings site. The site is aimed at an audience in the geographical location that runs from Queen’s Gardens to Hull’s historic pier.
We intend to provide news and information coverage for an area that also encompasses High Street, the Market Place, the city’s Marina, office complexes at Humber Quays, the old Fruit Market, and the residential area that runs from Castle Street to the Ice Arena. For anyone the lives or works in these areas we want to answer the question, “what’s happening down my street?”.
The site will operate with a mixture of centrally sourced content as well as community-generated content. We will include news from both residential areas and commercial and public sector organisations.
